We are used to seeing celebrities walk the red carpet in couture gowns, but sometimes they don bridesmaid dresses to walk down a different kind of walkway…a wedding aisle. Jennifer Lawrence, the Olsen twins, Sofia Vergara and Sarah Jessica Parker are just a few familiar faces who have stood by the sides of their loved ones and best friends while they say “I Do”. Even Lady Gaga has ditched her outrageous fashion for a demure, pastel frock. Here’s a look at some of Hollywood’s biggest stars stealing the spotlight in the latest bridesmaid dress trends.
Wonderous in White
In May 2014, supermodel Cara Delevingne slipped on a white Chanel dress while acting as maid of honor during her sister Poppy Delevingne’s nuptials to James Cook in London. Eva Longoria started off the 2015 wedding season by being a bridesmaid at her friend Alina Peralta’s wedding to Manuel Gutierrez in Cordoba, Spain. The actress wore a blue-green tulle dress complete with two bridesmaid dress classics: a sweetheart neckline and empire waist.
